A LFS in Arlington Texas bought it....the thing is sweet. They put it in their 1000 Gallon display tank. If you are ever in the Dallas area this is one of the best LFS a must visit. Tranquil Scape.

I would imagine that at least $200 if not more of the price on that 19" Gigas was for packaging and shipping. Just guessing here, but I'd say it wouldn't fit in a standard size double styro fish box...
And, I'd say it weighed at least, what maybe 40 or 50 lbs without water? If you factor in the fact that LA probably had to pay freight to get it to their facility from the exporter, plus freight out, I'd say they were lucky to make $200 on that thing.

I just wish I had a tank big enough to fit a 19" anything

I was there about an hour after they put that monster in their 1000g display. Get this, they got free shipping on this thing because it was over their $225 requirement.

The mantle was not fully open and I haven't been back to week how it's doing. The size was pretty impressive to say the least.
