I have a 1/10 HP Arctica chiller. Whenever the chiller activates the temperature swings up and down (>1.0F) quite a bit over a period of a couple of seconds. I made sure the outlet was not flowing into the inlet area. When the chiller is off, temperature is stable. Any idea what may be happening?

The temperature will swing up and down until the chiller deactivates at setpoint - 1F. This is not the way is functioned when I first got the chiller. Before the temperature would be faily stable and slowly decrease until it deactivated at SP-1F. Now the temperature swings up and down by about a degree when the chiller activates.
