Chiller not working, now what?

I bought a Artica mini chiller for my JBJ 28 gallon cube about 3 months ago. It has worked great ever since an keeps the tank doesnt get warmer than 78 degrees.

When I cane home yesterday, the tank was 83 degrees. The chiller does not seem to be working. The lights come on like it works but it is not cooling the water.

I got out the instructions and there is nothing about what to do if it doesn't work.

I called the telephone number on the instructions. They are closed. Any suggestions?

Water is flowing through, it just isn't cooling it.

Where is your chiller located??? If it's located in a warm room 85 +
There will be no draw down effect. In other words the hot air going through the radiator fins is to warm and the chiller has no cooling effect on the tank water....
