Chiller size??

What size chiller should i be using on a 230G system (180G tank & 50G sump) to maintain an average temp of 27 degrees celsius?
Would 1/2 Hp be enough?

1/3 or a 1/2 HP depending on the brand. I have a 1/3hp on my 180 and I love it

it will be fine
i use a 1hp on my 300 (400g water volume)

The lighting obviously will be the decider in the matter
my 1HP stays on intermittently for about 10 mins every hour

Always better to go bigger. 1/3hp i say is min and will do the job fine. the 1/2 would more then do the job.
