Chiller temp question

Since I'm getting the chiller tomorrow I started thinking.

I want the tank to stay between 80 and 82F. Where should I have the chiller set and where should I have the heater set?

i have my heater set for 78 and i have my chiller turn on at 81 the chiller turns off at 79. the light maintains the temp during the day and it stays 78-79 at night
