Chillers and reducing evaporation

For those of you who have chillers, did you notice a significant drop in your evaporation rate?
I am current using fans for cooling, so of course my evaporation rate is quite significant. I'm wondering if I stopped using the fans an used a chiller if there would be a big difference. I know there will be a reduction without the fans.
Please share your experience.
Cooling is not the issue as the fans work. But humidity in my condo is becoming an issue.
Thanks

I have a chiller, but i also use fans, evaporation is a good thing not just for cooling, but for clean water turn over.

1/4 to 1/3 thats a pretty good drop. (I was hoping for to hear it would be at least that or more). hmmm.
What kind of chiller do you use?
I'm looking at Pacific Coast chillers either 1/10 or 1/4. The 1/4 comes with a duel controller.

I bought a used Aquanetics 1/4HP off eBay for $200, actually 5-chillers (two 1/4HP & three 1/3HP) was listed as parts, I plugged the one I'm using in and it worked but the temp controller didn't. I made a controller from a plastics extruder controller, everything is working great, my temperature stays at 78Ã"šÃ‚° to 79Ã"šÃ‚° all year round.
