Chloroquine and Praziquantel prophylaxis

Has any one used these 2 meds in conjunction or one after anothe for prophylaxis in QT. If Chloroquine is used is Praziquantel needed as a wormer in newly acquired fish?

Chloroquine will work on protozoans like ich or velvet. It's not a dewormer. I've used one after the other with no ill effects in QT.

In humans & rats, "chloroquine decreased the bioavailability of praziquantel and reduced its maximum serum concentrations to a significant extent....." More info here.

I usually treat with Prazi first, CP after.
