Cinderblock tank

Seems to me that the hollow blocks are filled with reinforced concrete.
If properly sealed on the inside it shall work with no problem.

If you covered the walls with an epoxy product like sani-tred or pondarmor or another item like those then the blocks should not affect the PH of the water...
 
I wouldnt think ph would be affected if the concete is sealed off by a piant or someother kind of water proofing. It looked to be coated with something, if you noticed it was blue on the inside. I would imagine the concrete doesnt even see the water.
