circulation pump for 20g

I have a 20g tank with fish and live rock right now, planning on getting corals but I am having issues with green hair algae and brown spots. I was told to get a circulation pump.. which one should i get?? Marineland Maxi-Jet Multi-Use Aquarium Water Pump & Power Head or Hydor Koralia Evolution Water Circulation Pump?
