Citrinis Clown Goby Sick (ich?)

I've had my Citrinis Clown Goby for over 4 weeks now, and has been fine for most of that period, then noticed a little discoloring on his forehead, but he still ate fine, and then I noticed a bunch of white spots on his fins and a white thread on his underside. I did a little research and found that Ich might be the cause, but I'm still unsure. I know he's sick, and I'm getting a quarantine tank for him, but does he have Ich, or something else?

I can't tell from the pic. White spots on the fins are typical of ich; but bits of substrate and even tiny bubbles are often on the fins too. If the same spots are in the same place for hours, its probably ich. If it is, all the fish he was with need to be treated in a HT/QT and the DT left fishless for 10-12 weeks. A QT does a much better job when its used with all fish BEFORE they go into the DT. I'd read the stickies above the disease forum to learn abut ich and treatment options.
