clam color fading...

got a crocea clam about 3-4in ....my tank is a 20gallon high....with 150w mh...sunpod....it's been about a month now..seems as if the colors of the clam are fading away...the clam is still attach to the rock and very responsive to light...what's the problem with the color??? not enough nutriet?? light???? the clam is about half way up in the middle of the tank...
 
i guess he does not want any help...

Hey there guys, I have the same problem. My clam is about 3", it's doing fine in the tank with my other clam which is 6'' and the color on the small one is fading but the big one is doing fine. Here is a picture of it, the color use to be purple and orange, Any help will be this will be great. Thanks

not enough light. I had the same problem on my nano. I only had a 175w venture on it. Color is comming back QUICKLY after upgrading to 250w XM 15K
 
could be those dang GSP's next to it...you know they are extremely noxious to other clams and corals dont you??? you also notice the leather looks dead too and its right next to the GSP'S!!!!!!!!!
