Clam in 20L under 65W PC?

My wife has a 20L that I will soon be adding a 65W PC to. She would really like to have a clam. Is it likely that she would be able to support a clam in this environment?

Personally I think the lighting is a little weak for clams. I wouldn't recommend it.

I also think the light is a littel thin but if you do try it go for a derasa clam. They tend to do well with lower light situations...
