Clam not opening much! What's Wrong?

I have a clam that isn't opening much and when it does, it's not very wide.

I have tested my water and everything is where it needs to be.

I have been using DT's and Cyclopses to feed. Is there something else that I could feed?

It also looks like in some spots it is peeling away from the shell at the opening.

Any suggestions?

Can you post a picture? What kind of lighting do you have? What kind of clam is it? What are your tank parameters (not just "everything is where it needs to be"). How big is the clam? Where in the tank is it?

please list all the fish,shrimp,crabs and snails you have also.and how long have you had the clam,do or have you had any other clams
