Clam?

I found this in the tank today and it moved!!!

Does anyone know what it is, It looks like some small clam of some kind, is it going to reach plague proportions, is it okay in the tank???

It's a clam, and they usually grow slowly or die.

so I guess theres nothing to worry about with him? I think hes kinda neat actually so if theres no harm I'll leave him
