ok dottybacks eat shrimp, so for my bioload how does this sound

1x royal gramma
1x purple firefish
1x fire shrimp

But.. can i get more then this? if i can maybe a clown would be nice

Try doing a search on an orchid dottyback. It would be a great fish for your tank. Are you starting with cured rock or fresh live rock?

If you have an open top tank you will want to avoid the firefish. They tend to jump out.
