Clean Up Crew Help

Hi, I have a 20g nuvo fusion tank. It's 7 months old and I recently had a problem with phosphates. I bought a reactor with Rowaphos and got the levels down but now my rocks are leaching phosphates and diatoms are growing very thickley on my rocks and I also have brown algae and film on the glass. Right now I have:

5 Blue Hermits
3 Trochus Snails
1 Female Emerald
1 Nassurius Snail
2 Clowns

I've taken steps to reduce the phosphates but I need more CUC to take care of my algae while that plays out. I was thinking more Trochus and adding Cerith snails. But how many should I get and should I add anything else. Going tomorrow to LFS but they aren't very knowledgable

Is that a crab in the last picture? I'm sure he's gorging himself on it.

Emerald crabs love that stuff. Just get small ones.

Yea that's the emerald. Not very big. Got the smallest one they had. Also I'm trying to avoid astrea snails because they can't right themselves. In such a small tank, if one dies nitrates will be high really quickly.
