clean up crew

Just recieved a clean up crew. had some dead crabs and the stars had missing legs. not a huge disapointment, but there was no heat pack in the shipping box and all the animals were very very cold, maybe that is the norm. but my blue leg hermits water was very cloudy and foul smelling and had several dead crabs out of the shell. I'm keeping my eye on the snails and other crabs. i know they are cheap animals, but would be nice to get what you paid for, there were no extras in any of the bags. thanks..

We monitor the weather for all states daily, and currently, with the temperatures in California we are not shipping with any heat packs. Please contact us with the specimens that perished and we would be happy to issue a credit for them.

thanks for the fast response. i'm not too terribly upset over the crabs, and it does not sway me from ordering again. i reported this and was issued a credit for my next purchase which is fair, and will order again in december. thank you again.
