does any one have any tips on saving the cleaner shrimp eggs from the other tank occupants? the shrimp will still clean my hand but i dont want to isolate her in fear of killing her clutch..

Are the eggs green? Isolating her wouldn't likely kill her clutch. A separate small tank should be used to house the adult until the fry hatch, at which time she will need to be placed back into your DT. No skimmer, no pumps, just an air pump. Then you'll have to supply the fry with live rotifers which you have to supply with live phytoplankton. This is all very time consuming and frustrating as survival rates are extremely low.

Shrimp larvae are pelagic and like trying to raise any species with a Pelagic stage it is very difficult with a low success rate.
