Cleaner shrimp, eggs?

Hi everyone I have one cleaner shrimp and a blood shrimp and three peppermint shrimp.
I haven't seen my cleaner running around the tank as usual then today I saw what looks like eggs clinging to its abdomen.

Yep. .thats eggs all right. Watch the shrimp if you have moonlights or actinics and when the shrimp is ready it will flit up to the water surface and release the eggs ...its pretty cool and the fish go crazy.

I thought only If they're fertilized? Or do they still produce larvae either way?

Good question, it's the only cleaner shrimp in the tank, can it store fertilized eggs and sperm from the LFS to my tank or can they do it themselves ?

I have had one release before its pretty cool, none of the babies survived though.
