Cleaner shrimp molt

My cleaner shrimp molt around each 2 weeks. It's normal? My tanks is 3 monthes old and all parameters are ok

My coral banded shrimp molts about once a month. I actually just cleaned up his molt last night. If they are molting it is a good sign that all is right with the water for them.

molting doesn't always follow a set schedule. sometimes a large change in environment or water quality can help kick it off. i often find that new inverts to my system(s) are prone to molting fairly quickly after arrival.

They also molt when smaller. After reaching close to adult size, molting slows down a lot.

I keep my iodide level at .04 a.06 which helps in the process.
Also leathers and gorgonians need...

At first mine seemed to molt almost every 2 weeks, now that they are larger they have slowed down...thank goodness

No reason to clean the molt out of the tank... its not going to contribute any nutrients to the tank.

Just scares me when the molt standing atop a rock.....then never moves....thought it was dead the first time...

I found all of this to be true with my cleaner shrimp.
