Cleaner Wrasse has a tumor?

So my cleaner wrasse is in QT with the rest of my fish. Recently it developed this bulge in its back that has broken through the skin. Looks horrible and i have no clue whats going on.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that is a tumor or maybe a parasite?

I dont know but his open flesh is exposed. Must be hella painful...
