Cleaner wrasse has one big eye

What would cause a cleaner wrasse to has one eye bigger then the other? It looks like it is going to pop out his head.

think there is a condition called pop eye... I'd search around here for that.

Chances are, its from running into something. if it doesnt go away in a few days treat it with popeye meds.

It's probably trauma-related or an infection. Hopefully it's still alive, but if you can find its body, I'd remove it as soon as I can.
