cleaning a old tank?? help!

I currently have a resun 500 but have recently acquired a red sea max 130c from a friend. Its not in bad condition but I wish to give it a good clean out to get looking as "new" possible and ready to start cycling so a can transfer everthing over from my current resun tank. If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to clean a reef tank without useing any chemicals or even info on things like useing tap water in the cleaning process? Any advice would be a big help! Thanks guys!

Although it has many chemicals a solution of vinegar and ro water will do WONDERS

I do at least 2/3 vinegar and 1/3 water. Then after rinse it off well and you are all good.

If the calcium deposits are heavy go full strength on the vinegar, a 50/50 mix is fine for lighter deposits.

Just use plain white vinegar that is sold by the gallon at the grocery.

I do the opposite. 1/3 vin and 2/3 water and i must say, it works like a charm. This is just so you dont waste soo much vinegar next time.

100 gal of vinegar to 200 gal of water...... Doesn't need to be RODI
