Cleaning up old aquariums?

Ok I got an old used 55 gal. Aquarium I'm trying to clean up. I have used vinegar and bleach but one of the glass overflow baffles is really cloudy and has oily looking sheen on it. How do I get rid of this.

Soak it in vinegar/water for a few days and then use a razorblade on it..
