Clear Bubbles..........Possible Spider Eggs???

I've got quite a few clear bubbles on the bases of some of my corals. They look like the micro bubbles you get when a tank is brand new, however, these aren't micro bubbles because they keep spreading. I've done research on here & I think that they are spider eggs. Problem is I haven't read or found a way to rid the tank of them. Do I just do a lugols dip? Freshwater dip?

I have seen that behavior as a cyno outbreak is starting. before I would see the red slime, I would see bubbles like you are describing.
