Clearer Glass aquarium

Im new to the hobby and im starting to pick some "dream" equipment i hope to buy some day. I was reading an article that I cant seem to find anymore but it was debating which was better Glass or acrylic aquariums, well one of the pros of acrylic was that it was more clear. then the article spoke of a few glass aquarium companies that were making new "clearer glass". I want to say they said it was lead-free glass or something along those lines. I was just wondering if anyone had any information on these tanks or any links to were i could get more info

I believe the glass is called staphire, and I believe that the Oceanic tech tanks have it for the front glass.

you are looking for low iron glass, starphire is a namebrand of one of the manufactureres of low iron glass.

starphire glass is the way to go for long term investments! you will not regret it for the extra cost.
