Cloud in tank

Okay, so this has happened a few times now. Every once in a while a white cloud emerges in my tank, kind of looks like little white specks in the water, it definitely looks solid because it stays around for a while....what is this? I have tried like five times to upload a photo, but the picture doesn't capture it very well anyhow.....Anyhow, is it a coral spawning??

Do you have mature clowns? Do you have fine sand???.... My clowns sometimes shake a little to hard next to the sand and a huge cloud of sand appears, specially after going through the power head. I thought it was something else, until i discovered the guilty guy.

I had this in my old freshwater tank but it an happen in fresh or salt it is a type of bacteria and can clear up or not it's a pain to deal with good luck.

I would say its a spawning ( snail, coral, clam etc) or a bacterial bloom.
