Cloudy/swollen eyes are often due to injury &/or a bacterial problem. In many cases they will clear up on their own (fish's own imune system) if you maintain good water quality and feed healthy food. If you don't see improvement in the next week or so then QT combined with an antibiotic (maracyn 2 works fine) is the std treatment.
