Cloudy eyes starting on Angel

I have a 6" blueface angel that I noticed to have a white mark on each eye a few days ago, and tonight I noticed that it is not getting better but getting somewhat worse. One eye is getting a bit cloudy. I have had angels in the past that have had eye issues (5 years ago), but I have had a majestic for 2 years that I recently traded that had no eye issues at all. No other fish in the tank has any eye issues that I can see. I do not see the angel scraping its eyes on the liverock either. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Some parasites do that, My achiles got it, kept on feeding him well with some garlic on his food and he seemed to fight it well, got rid of it in about two to three months.
