Cloudy eyes

I have a Black and White clownfish in my tank. It's been there for a couple years now, I just did a water change and noticed the eyes were cloudy. The temp gets up there once in a while, to about 85. Could the stirred up tank have clouded the eyes, I took out most of the rock to scrub off some crap and it got pretty dusty in there. Would that do it? Thanks.

Cloudy eyes is not a good sign. My ccloudy eyes and then she died.
