Cloudy fins?

I have a sargassum trigger that has cloudy fins for two weeks now since I had him. It doesn't appear to be a problem as he eats okay and doesn't scratch. His eyes are perfectly clear. His body is free of anything as well.

What is it and do I have to worry?

My pictures are crap, but I hope it's enough to diagnose. TIA

If you do not see ich I would not worry about it. Could be lymphnosis(sp)...

Lymph goes away on its own in good water quality. If you see spots on the body I would remove all my fish from the main tank setup a treatment tank and leave my main tank fallow for at least 12 weeks.....

Hopefully its Lymph,,,

Make sure it does not have concave or sunken regions on its flanks....

One of the most common problems is emaciation due to lack of proper nourishment, and a fish that’s not of proper weight...

small specimens can sometimes be difficult, and some species are more prone to problems

Thanks for your input! I really hope it's what you think it is. I think I'm going to leave him in there and just be prepared to take him out if it looks worse. My only other fish in there, a little clown, has not shown anything so far.

I'm sorry, but what are flanks? If you are talking about the upper part just right under the top trigger, yes it is a little sunken in. So was the bottom part, which has since fattened up. I've been feeding twice a day. Spiralina at 5pm and seafood chunks around 8pm.

I'm going to find selcon or vita-chem to supplement the frozen foods.
