Cloudy water

My rusty rocks have cleared up a little bit-- i think I need to get some reef cleaners to fix some of the problem...
but now the water is cloudy-- not really cloudy, but enough to make me concerned.

Any ideas?

It seems the water has cleared up now that I have turned the lights down to 9 hours a day.
maybe I will bump it up in a few weeks
