CLOUT to treat flukes

If Prai Pro does not have any effect on the flukes and formalin doesn't either would you consider the use of Clout? This would be for large marine fish (tangs and angels primarily) and if not why not? I know it is a pesticide but has anyone lost fish using it?

thank for the input.

Don't know anything about "Clout" but someone once suggested a product called De-Los (see link below) to me as an alternative to Prazi for treating Flukes:

Obviously, it's kinda expensive. The person also said they thought it was more stressful to the fish than Prazi. I've never used it before myself... but I just thought I'd throw it out there for ya.

Yes it is. This is a strange breed of flukes. It makes small white worm like attachements. Since pressty much everything I have tried has not worked I am at a point of trying something that will cure but at a very high risk to the fish. DeLos is similar to clout.

What ever strain of bug i have is the worst i have seel in two and half decades.

Clout sure has been around a long time, I remember using it years ago. It has a lot of fans and (I think) is the treatment of choice for FW planaria worms. As long as its used in a QT, I'd try it. I don't know why I remember, but F&S has stocked this stuff and called it a "strong" med ; probably since they bought Pet warehouse over 15 yrs ago.
