Recently got a frag of 5 clove Polyp's been in the tank for a week already and I have only seen 1 head open at a time. I've tried moving it around up / down / side to side around the tank with different flows / lighting and nothing changes.

(All other corals are open and growing)

55g DT / 10g sump
55w LED dimmable lights

mine close up for about two days when I first added them to the tank. Give them some time. I know mine don't like high flow, medium to low flow and they love medium to high lighting in my tank. I'm running a Maxspect Razor LED.

I've been learning the hard lesson of more flow isn't always good myself. Invested in enough pumpware to turn my tank into a scene from the perfect storm - only to have my LPS and Zoas retract up on me. Since dialing it back they seem a lot happier. Now I think I'll have to find a way to crank it up at night and keep it nice and low during the day.

If they're blue anthelia I vote to get rid of them! They're beautiful but they will take over everything! I've seen it in 4 separate tanks. They can be a total total nuisance.
