No a clown will not host a frogspawn but a frogspawn will host a clown. Sorry I just couldnt pass that one up. But yes they can they have even been known to live with powerheads, rocks, tank trim, SPS, and clams.

I bought 2 ocellaris clowns (tank bred) 2 weeks ago and a frogspawn. I put the frogspawn at the bottom of my 55gal tank. The clowns have been living in it ever since, swimming and resting in the 'tentacles'. It's been great to watch.
