Hey, I have a 85 gallon oceanic tank that i setup today (with sand, rock and water from my old 55)

The 55 was running for almost a year. I currently have 2 Ocellaris and a small zoo colony. I want to run something like 6 clowns (2 snocassos, 2 black and white percs)

Will they need any specific care? aswell, i would like to run a few nems (LTA, BTA)

for lighting i have 2 39w t5's 2 54w t8's.. Is that enough light? or should i get another 2 t5's?

Snocassos are a breed of ocellaris if I'm not mistaking and the black and white ocellaris are more common than black and white percs. No mixing different species of clowns. Buying 2 snocassos and 2 black ocellaris doesn't guarentee that you'll end up with a pair of snocassos and a pair of black ocellaris. A snocasso and a black ocellaris may pair and the other two will stay juvenile. Since you said you wanted 6 clowns, I would pick out a juvenile of each of these: Black Ocellaris, Ocellaris Picasso, Snocasso, Regular Orange Ocellaris, and Snowflake Ocellaris.
Most likely 2 of them will pair up and become dominant and the rest will remain juvenile. You must make sure that they are all juvenile when you get them and that they are all the same size and introduced to the tank on the same day. You must be aware of the fact that once two pair up, they could go on a killing spree until they are the only ones left. I've never kept more than 2 clowns in a tank before so I'm giving you my knowledge as of what I've read many, many times.
