Clown fish breeding ??

Hi to you all,
I currently have a 150 gallon tank with lots of fish and coral. My question is I need help??? Please!!
I currently have maroon fish who are breeding like crazy. I have done the following to hatch them.
First they are in a tank with lots of different fish and we have been able to remove the eggs and hatched them. But, we are only able to save about 10 in each batch which by the way about 400 hatch. We remove the eggs and place them in a tank with just a bubbler and heater. We can only keep a few alive. Now, we have built a tank set with four 10 gallon tanks on top and a 20 gallo tank at the bottom. We have the water going though all the tanks with sand and rock in the bottom. We have buckets of rotifers now question?? How do we keep the rotifers in the 10 gallon tanks to mutiple? I put green water in but they seem to go away? Does anyone set up their tanks this way in raise clown fish? Any help would be great!! Thanks :frog:

Good luck , my tomatoe clowns had 2 batches with no luck and moveing them is the worst . Im going to try useing a net next time.

We have no problem getting the eggs out. She does go after my husbands hand but in the end we do get them out. We wait until it is day 8 to remove. We just need to keep them alive once they are in the breeding tank. I have one lone one that is still alive that was born on April 25. But all the others make it to past metorphoise and die.

You would need the same conditions in the tank they are moved to , which is hard to do . Covering them in place would give best chance.

The fact they lay eggs would be a testiment to your reef skills. Great job

Oh also they first few batches usually dont do well anyway... GL...
