Clown Fish Discoloration

Please take a look at the attached pictures. The other day we had an anemone die and release ammonia into the tank. We used the recommended dose of "erase" to cure it. At first the Clown fish was swimming down on the sand bed and breathing really rapidly. About 15-20 mins later she started to slow her breathing. Now today, she has discolored back fins with stuff on her body and swimming like so... ? You can kind of see it in the pictures. Our Royal Gamma and two other clown fish did not live thru the ammonia spike. I have two other fish that I had bought before I noticed the ammonia spike that are living in a bucket with a filter attached to it. I don't want to put them if I have something on this poor clown. Any thoughts on what's going on and what I should do?
