clown fish- fading white stripes

Hi everyone..
I am having problems with my tank...my fishes are dying... I am trying to find the reason(s)..
Does anyone know why clown fish loose their white stripes and die... First it becomes grayish..and in a day or two they die....
And it it makes any sense to you, when they die their eyes turn red...(maybe it's normal. I am just trying to give as much info as possible)

First I would test all water params and post back with the conclusions. What size tank are they in, how old is the tank, what else is in the tank, how long have you had the clowns, and anything else you can think of

Second are you feeding properly?
