I am treating my clown fish for ich and I noticed white string poop coming out of his anus. Could he have two parasite at one time and can I treat both at once?

I can say that yes you (or your clown) can certainly have multiple infections at once. Cant speak to the treatment overlap for fish hopefully someone else can help.

Right now I am treating with copper and I have three more weeks left. After that I guess I will start treatment for other ailment.

Copper is safe to use with Prazi-Pro, a wormer that should solve the poop problem. Hikari, mfg of PP, says that the PP is less effective when used with other meds. Fish should be kept in the QT for a couple of weeks after ich treatment anyhow and that's plenty of time to do the two doses of PP. PP is very safe and can even be used in reef tanks; IMO, all fish should be treated with PP. Ideally in QT when they are first acclimating.

Thanks MrTuskfish. I plan on keeping my two clown fish and two damsel fish in QT for 10 weeks to be sure and rid my DT of ich. So after the four weeks I will treat with Prazi-Pro.
