clown fish sick

hey there.

my 3 year old percula clown has had some spots on her for some time, they do not move or duplicate, they just go almost away from time to time.

there is a whitish milky spot behing one of his pectoral fins, with no clear outline and about the size 1x2mm, with a small area around it that looks like unhealthy skin (5x3mm).
there is a small spot next to her mouth, sized 1x2mm.

she has had this for quite some time, it gets more and less.

no other fish is affected, not even her "husband" - others include filefish, goby and blenny.

the spots do not go away completely, after theyre gone you still see that somethings wrong with that place.

shes under that condition for more than half a year, but until now it was not so much of a thing to worry, i thought about infections that will go away.

i read up the whole ICH thing and came to the conclusion that its very unlikely. her spots do not look like salt grains, they do not infect others and are always on the same position. lately she has been scratching on rocks from time to time, i guess thats a symptom of what i observe.

heres one of the mouth area, the other one is hard to shoot as the fin hides it:

this shows both, the small spot behind the pectoral fin is hard to see
