Clown has white spots

My Black Oce. has some white spots right under his dorsal fin. Really Tiny almost like sand on his back...

not a lot but dont want it growing if it is a problem. I dont have a camera that can take a good enough picture. I will try though?

I dont think its ich because none of it is around gills

Also after looking up some its says sign are:

Holding fins to body

Heavy breathing

Cloudy Eyes

Which my clown is doing none of these things.... I CANT TAKE A PICTURE BECAUSE HE WONT STOP SWIMING CIRCLES AROUND THE TANKS

Also its not on his dorsal fin its under it and his fins all look great...
