Clown ID

I bought this little guy as a bicinctus from Premium aquatics. when it got here, I am pretty sure it is not. It looks like a Clarkii, but I am not 100% sure. What do you experts think?

Juvs of the clarkii complex are tough to ID.

PA gets a lot of CB clowns, including bicinctus, from ORA. If what you have is indeed a bi from ORA, I would not doubt PA's ID.

They are nice guys and stand by their word.

Well, I hope it is a bi, but since it has the anal fin, I don't think that juvies have that and then disappears. I don't really mind if it is not a bi, it is a cool little fish. I was just wondering if anyone could ID it for sure. I will give props to PA, I love using them and their customer service is beyond excellent.

i see alot of juvenile clarkii...and....thats exactly what they look like.

While not disagreeing with Marina's comments on Premium Aquatics (jeremy and those guys rock), I have to say that in my opinion it is a Clarkii clownfish.

I raise Clarkii clownfishes, and all my juveniles look like that....well except with the occasional blue eyes and misbar
