Clown not doing well?

I have a pair of false perc clowns. I added them to the tank in March, they were very small and roughly the same size. They've always fought with each other but lately it looks like the male is being bullied by the female who is quite a bit larger than the male now. He spends most of his time at the top left corner of the tank almost at the surface. The female doesn't let him eat much but I've been trying to make sure he gets some food. This has been going on for about three weeks. I don't know what to do with him. Should I separate him in one of those breeder/fry containers, or just leave him alone?

This is a part of dominance. They have to have a hierarchy and stick to it. YES the female will out eat the male, and she does not care.

Back when I first got my cinnamons the two of them used to pal around all the time. The only difference was one had a bump on it's head. Now the bump'ed one is the male. He has not really grown at all. The female on the other hand.... Yes she has grown and shows her power all the time over the male.

She will chase him all over the tank sometimes if he is not at his designated spot, behind the pulsing xenia.

He gets food as it floats by and seems very happy over his role.
