Clown question

I just noticed Shakes's dorsal is serrated and has one small white spot (pin head size). When the cleaner wrasse picks around the dorsal, Shakes is not happy. I'll look back at some pics I took a few days ago to see if it is there, but I don't remember it. I know that no one in the tank is picking on Shakes (she's the biggest and meanest). I've been unsuccesful on getting a pic of it so far, but will try again tomorrow. Does this sound like anything familiar to anyone?

Damn it... Look slike something has made it into my tank (ick-ish). I know better but didn't QT the tiny maroon.

I've noticed two or three tiny potential trouble spots on a few other fish and my cleaner wrasse has a small lump about 3/8" from the tail on one side. I hope that bhy goign through all of these freaking diseases and pestys now that my time will be served. I've seriously ****ed Miss Karma off somehow... I'm tired of being tried...

BTW, the spots are just below the front of the dorsal (skin color change, too) and along the edge of the tail fin.

Well, the spots are gone, so maybe it hit a rock or something, or was stress induced. I think I've dodged a bullet on this one...
