Clown Replacement

I bought two Ocillaris Clowns a couple of months ago, and have since lost one. They we cap bred, and very young...the one I still have is only around 1" - 1.5" long.

My question is about what I should do when buying a new partner for it. I have not idea on the sex, although it is still pretty young, so may not have changed sexes yet.

Just curious on any thought....I could:

1) buy another small one
2) buy a larger (probably female) one
3) buy two new ones together, or
4) change to percs and get a pair together

I agree. If you get two new ones, one of the three will eventually get killed.

As long as it is small, it will be sexually undifferentiated and the two will work out who will become female. That behavior is, in itself, pretty interesting.
