clown sick - newbie - help

Hi all, my tank raised clown, which I have had for almost 3 weeks now, ( I bought 2). One is sick I think, it is on the bottom of tank, staying in one place and has a very small amount of white stringy poo hanging from it. I tried feeding it, and it wont eat. Normally it is very excited about eating. My parameters are normal. Other clown seems fine. This past weekend I added some coral, but I think I seen the fish kinda scraping the sand with its head, before coral were added.

I dont have QT tank, I do have fresh saltwater, and RO DI on hand. What should I do?

A wild guess would be internal parasites, Prazi-Pro might help...really not much to go on. please get a QT before you add anything else; it'll pay for itself many times over.
