What makes you think it has ich? Is thier a history of ich in the previous tank? I don't see it in the pics. I am in a small group that uses copper on all new fish, but don't suggest it for a single fish----unless you have some copper experience. I think tank-transfer is a great way to cure ich when just a single fish is involved. There is a sticky at the top of the disease forum. Hypo works for a lot of folks, doesn't seem to for others; it is very demanding. If you don't see ich and can't do TT; I'd just observe for about 6 weeks while you treat the fin-rot with an antibiotic. BTW; IMO, LR in a QT is a bad idea. it can absorb meds and really screw up med dosing. PVC pieces are great; cheap, easy to sterilize, and fish don't know the difference.
