I HAVE A CLOWN TIGGER THAT HAS SOME LITTLE WHITE SPECKS ON HIM AND HIS EYES HAVE BECOME A LITTLE CLOUDY,WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE AND WHAT CAN I DO TO HIM.
