clown - white spot on head??

Maybe HLLE? A guess.

Post your water parameters, age of fish, tank info, etc and someone may have some advice.

To start, I'd suggest a good sized water change (25%) and feed it quality food spiked with a bit of vitamins (selcon or similar). What is the clown currently eating? I usually feed my clowns a mix of quality flake (formula 1), cyclops flake, hikari marine, hikari algae, and mysis shrimp. Occasionally brine as a treat, though that isn't very nutritious. I alternate randomly between the foods for variety.

Maybe try a dip treatment for a bacterial/fungal infection and see if that helps.

almost 4 weeks..

cal- 460
1.024
pho-0
nitrate-0
KH 179

No other fish- just two clowns, few zosa, frogspawns, duncan etc they all are SMALL like baby.

Water change weekly 5% (5gal) of 29 gal (actually maybe 20 gal saltwater).

The clowns now seem normal to swim around front of tank...finally they came out of "cave" hid in back of rocks.

tried fed w/ pellets, frozen misys shrimp...some suggested brine shrimp LIVE but no time to do it but maybe tomorrow.

Thanks!
Jake
